Everai is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition across 1–2 channels, building scalable funnels and optimizing ROAS. You will monitor daily performance with Voluum and GA4, translating data into actionable CPA decisions, and own creative briefs while collaborating with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels, contributing to building scalable acquisition funnels.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum and GA4, driving decision-making through deep analysis of CPA and ROAS.
• Own the creative briefing process and collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
