Algofy is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead a cross-functional pod of marketing specialists and set the strategic direction for an assigned client portfolio. The role ensures all channels and workstreams support the client’s wider business objectives.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, a broad understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to guide specialists across paid media, SEO, content, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, integrated marketing, client strategy, or account leadership.
• Agency experience within digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client pods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a cross-functional pod of marketing specialists and Global Resource Team members.
• Set clear priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations across client workstreams.
• Delegate execution effectively while maintaining ownership of overall strategy and delivery quality.
• Organize internal alignment points to keep projects, campaigns, and deliverables on track.
• Review the team’s work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with the client strategy.
• Resolve blockers, manage competing priorities, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to help team members develop and perform effectively.
• Develop integrated 360° marketing strategies based on each client’s business goals, audience, market, and customer journey.
• Align paid search, paid social, SEO, content, creative, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization within one cohesive strategy.
• Translate client objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans for specialist teams.
• Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, audience strategy, messaging, and campaign priorities.
• Connect marketing activity to business outcomes such as revenue, CAC, lifetime value, ROAS, and profitability.
• Use performance data, competitive insights, and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Turn reporting into clear recommendations explaining what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
• Serve as the primary strategic lead for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business model, challenges, competitive landscape, and growth objectives.
• Lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Present complex marketing information in clear, commercially focused language.
• Manage expectations, address concerns proactively, and maintain confidence in the agency’s strategic direction.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, expand services, and strengthen client relationships.
