Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering/backend experience.
• 5+ years of Python in production-grade backends.
• Strong Java experience in backend systems.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Experience with distributed systems, databases, queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-grade systems focused on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
