Johnson & Johnson Vision Care – Argentina seeks a Senior Sales Representative to manage the MedTech sales channel, drive revenue, and expand the customer base in Argentina. You will lead field activities, present tailored solutions to clinicians, and collaborate with marketing and logistics to maximize product availability.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in medical devices or consumer health sales, strong English, and proven relationship-building skills.

Formación

• 2–4 years of sales experience in consumer goods and/or medical devices and/or pharma.
• Relevant education in health, science, business, or sales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial relationship for the client portfolio under your responsibility.
• Meet sales targets and market share objectives in your territory.
• Identify field needs, opportunities, weaknesses, and propose initiatives to improve the business and boost sales.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and support promotional activities.
