Formación

• Universitary degree in Surgical Instrumentation, Nursing, or health-related field.
• At least two years of sales experience in health sector.
• Experience entering operating rooms.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong relationships with health professionals and institutions.
• Experience with medical device portfolios is a plus (sutures, meshes, energy, access, Endoscopy, Monitoring, Respiratory).

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell products and services within assigned area and accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue drivers, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products.
• Promote product training and market research activities; interact with customers and competitors.
• Develop market plans/strategies and adjust as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new or modified products to internal teams (R&D, operations, Marketing).
