Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Indirect Channel Supervisor for the Southern Region, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago, Chile. This role leads distributor management, drives GTM initiatives, and ensures regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

The position requires a strong background in channel management, business planning, and English proficiency, with 5+ years in sales or related roles within regulated multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or similar preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, distributor management, or related functions.
• Experience in highly regulated multinational organizations; knowledge of compliance and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor relationships in the Southern Region.
• Be primary contact between Johnson & Johnson MedTech and assigned distributors.
• Identify opportunities for growth, geographic expansion, and distributor capability development.
• Coordinate onboarding, assessment, development, and renewal of distributors.
• Monitor channel performance, KPIs, and Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and third-party governance.
