Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking an Indirect Channel Supervisor for the Southern Region based in Buenos Aires. You will lead distributor relationships, drive Go-To-Market initiatives, and ensure governance across Argentina and neighboring countries.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/distributor management, strong analytics, and compliance knowledge. You will partner with regional teams to grow a sustainable MedTech distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a business or life sciences field is required.
• MBA or advanced studies preferred for strategic roles.
• Experience in sales, distributor management, or channel governance is essential.

• Lead distributor management for the Southern Region across multiple countries.
• Monitor channel performance and support GTM initiatives and compliance.
• Ensure governance, risk management and third-party oversight.
