Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial and operational performance for its manufacturing sites.

You will provide supply chain finance leadership to North America plants, driving profitability and productivity through standard costing, ROI analysis, and strong internal controls. The role partners with plant leadership to deliver monthly closes, forecasts, and budgets while advancing automation and analytics across the network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
Strong change management and leadership capabilities.
Solid understanding of accounting concepts and practices.
Proven ability to drive financial performance and lead change.
Experience in process improvement, project management, and analytical thinking.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and operating in data environments.

Responsibilities

Drive financial performance management, including monthly closing, analytics, forecasts and budgets.
Leverage new reporting tools to gain insights and improve efficiency.
Prepare cost accounting analysis and ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
Lead annual standard costing updates for the site.
Identify savings opportunities and ROI, and drive automation.
Partner with Supply Chain teams across North America.
Support capital investments and TPM loss reduction initiatives.
Foster financial accountability throughout the organization.
