Job summary

Ecolab Quimica Ltda. is seeking a Financial Analyst Manufacturing to support financial and operational performance across International Markets. The role is remote from a Global Business Center with occasional travel to Brazil manufacturing sites and hybrid working options.

You will partner with plant management, manage monthly closings, forecasts, and budgets, and drive cost reporting with SOX compliance. Strong FP&A experience and English/Portuguese proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (experience in FP&A).
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to manage complexity with multiple ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and change management & communication skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts with a track record of driving financial performance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a history of process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings, ad hoc reporting, forecasting, and annual budgets.
• Utilize advanced reporting and forecasting tools to deliver insights.
• Prepare cost accounting analyses and maintain internal controls (SOX).
• Lead annual standard costing updates and accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with plant management and leadership for decision support and growth.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to identify savings opportunities and analyze ROI.
• Support capital investment initiatives and ensure ROIs align with goals.
• Promote financial accountability and TPM loss reduction culture.
• Manage G/L, accruals, journal entries, payroll, and inventory control.
• Develop standard work and cross-site processes to boost efficiency.
