Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its North America manufacturing plants. You will drive financial performance, oversee monthly closings and forecasts, and partner with plant leadership to improve profitability and productivity.

Role requires strong accounting knowledge, cost accounting experience, and proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and related tools; experience with TPM/Lean is a plus. On-site role in NA manufacturing network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years in finance.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX, GAAP.
Experience driving cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency with SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion and Blackline is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive financial performance management including monthly closing, forecasts, and budgets.
Leverage new reporting tools to provide insights and improve efficiency.
Prepare cost accounting analysis and maintain internal controls (SOX).
Lead annual standard costing updates for the site.
Identify savings opportunities and ROI; partner with Supply Chain teams.
Support capital investments and TPM loss reduction initiatives.
Act as a Financial Business Partner to plant management for profitability.
