Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst I to support North America Supply Chain Finance across warehousing, logistics, toll manufacturing, and inventory management. You will partner with Operations, Planning, and Finance to deliver reporting, forecasting, analysis, and decision support that drive business performance.

The role offers exposure to SAP and Power BI, plus development of financial analytics and cross‑functional partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly financial reporting, month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management presentation preparation for Logistics and Supply Chain Finance stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis and decision support to Supply Chain Operations through reporting, performance monitoring, and actionable business insights.
Support forecasting activities for warehousing, toll manufacturing, and inventory performance, including Days on Hand (DOH) metrics.
Perform standard cost analysis and support SAP cost maintenance activities, including monthly cost roll reviews.
Develop and enhance reporting and analytics using SAP, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
Support annual planning, forecast updates, Mid-Year Business Reviews, and other strategic business processes.
Identify and implement process improvement and reporting automation opportunities that enhance business insights and efficiency.
Prepare analyses and executive-level presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
