Job summary

Trellix is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of LATAM benefits programs within a global Total Rewards framework.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with LATAM benefis, and partnership with vendors to secure competitive coverage and terms. Excellent communication in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits administration and strategy, with LATAM or international programs.
• Proven track record designing and rolling out corporate benefit programs.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills with attention to billing reconciliation and cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and daily administration of LATAM benefits programs.
• Manage annual LATAM benefits renewal with brokers and vendors.
• Develop clear benefits communications to drive awareness and usage.
• Ensure competitive and compliant benefits offerings in local markets.
• Oversee benefits-related financial operations including invoicing and audits.
• Support new hire benefit orientations and cross-functional projects.
• Audit processes and data for accuracy and compliance.
