Medtronic LATAM is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for the region. You will partner with Finance and Sales, build financial models, manage revenue and expense planning, and drive regional P&L insights. The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Sao Paulo or another LatAm country.

Required: MBA or equivalent, English & Spanish proficiency, FP&A experience, and strong Excel, SAP, Power BI and Hyperion/OneStream skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's and MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
• Experience supporting FP&A and Sales with forecasting and expense reporting.
• Experience with AI tools and financial modelling capabilities.
• Regional LATAM office experience preferred; strong MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI and Hyperion/OneStream.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a business partner between LATAM Finance and regional teams.
• Provide FP&A support including monthly/quarterly sales and Opex reporting.
• Participate in close processes and variance analysis with forecast alignment.
• Maintain and improve reporting, including AOP and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare regional P&L summaries and revenue/expense forecasts.
• Support with LATAM reporting and KPI tracking.
