Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer for its AI vision platform running on Kubernetes. This fully remote role targets LATAM-based candidates and requires availability during U.S. East Coast business hours.

You will troubleshoot deployments and infrastructure, reproduce customer environments, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues. Onboarding includes training and internal certification.

Formación

• 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in Tier 2/3.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to investigate complex issues independently and collaborate with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments, software, infrastructure, and networking.
• Reproduce customer environments and run tests to diagnose problems.
• Communicate findings and workarounds clearly to customers.
• Escalate issues to Engineering and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
