AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will automate, build tooling, and manage incidents to ensure platform reliability.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes production experience, strong Linux skills, and experience with public clouds (Azure or AWS). Flexibility for remote/office work is available along with a focus on observability and automation.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes in production operations.
• Strong Linux command line fundamentals.
• Public cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to keep alerts actionable with up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage end-to-end incidents: detection, RCAs, post-incident reviews.
