Aon is seeking a Senior Broker based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid office role. You will lead end-to-end risk placements and coordinate with insurers, reinsurers, and internal teams to deliver tailored coverage and grow client portfolios.

The ideal candidate has strong insurance/reinsurance knowledge, advanced English, and a client-focused, commercial mindset capable of managing complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in broker, facultative placements or underwriting with strong coverage knowledge.
• Advanced English for professional meetings, negotiations with international markets.
• Strong client orientation, commercial mindset and complex negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end management of the business line, coordinating risk placements and solutions.
• Partner with clients and markets, participating in meetings, negotiations and presentations to strengthen partnerships.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and capacity with insurers and reinsurers to optimize coverage and conditions.
• Coordinate and develop the Broking team by setting priorities and providing technical support.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell and propose solutions to grow the portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio and key indicators, follow renewals, pipeline and priorities with internal teams.
