Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Manager in Identity & Access Management to lead client engagements, shaping secure access strategies and governance across environments. You will coach teams, coordinate timelines, and drive IAM delivery aligned with cyber risk objectives.

You will guide implementation of identity lifecycle across Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and cloud IAM tools, translating security needs into practical access solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in IAM or cyber security.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for client engagements across cyber, data, and technology risk.
• Oversee identity governance, access management initiatives, and privileged access reviews.
• Coach team members on access management, RBAC, and related systems.
• Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with security requirements.
• Implement identity lifecycle processes across AD, Azure AD, and cloud IAM platforms.
