PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate Identity & Access Management - Cybersecurity to join our diverse client portfolio. You will design and implement IAM strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities for employees and clients.

You will work with Azure Active Directory and other cloud IAM tools, mentor junior teammates, and help shape security practices while upholding firm standards and independence requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement IAM strategies to protect sensitive information.
• Manage user identities and access controls for employees and clients.
• Utilize Azure Active Directory and other cloud IAM solutions to enhance security.
• Develop and maintain authorization management systems to support compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions.
• Analyze data to inform insights and recommendations for security improvements.
• Mentor junior team members in cybersecurity practices.
• Build client relationships to understand and anticipate security needs.
• Navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions.
• Uphold firm standards and independence requirements.
