Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a Manager - Identity & Access Management to lead client IAM workstreams, focusing on identity strategy, access controls, and data protection. You will coach teams, manage performance, and guide design and implementation of IAM solutions across AD, Azure AD, and cloud platforms.

You will review deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure access processes support cyber risk objectives while enabling secure and efficient employee and client access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; English proficiency required; IAM experience in security-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for client engagements across cyber risk environments.
• Plan, budget, execute, and deliver access control initiatives and privileged reviews.
• Coach team members on access management, RBAC, and authorization systems.
• Review documentation and ensure alignment with security requirements.
• Develop identity lifecycle processes across AD, Azure AD, and cloud IAM.
• Translate security needs into practical user access solutions.
