PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate in Identity & Access Management to design and implement IAM strategies, manage user identities and access rights, and collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will mentor junior colleagues, support secure systems, and contribute to data protection efforts.

Requirements include at least 5 years in IAM, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on IAM operations and client service.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement IAM strategies to protect sensitive information.
• Manage user identities and access rights using Azure AD and CyberArk.
• Develop secure systems to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Collaborate with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Mentor junior team members in cybersecurity best practices.
• Create technical documentation and system requirements for IAM solutions.
• Oversee identity management deployment and access control systems.
