Job summary

PwC in Buenos Aires is hiring a Manager for Identity & Access Management to lead client support efforts in cybersecurity. You will guide identity strategy, access controls, and protection of sensitive information within our Cybersecurity practice, coaching teams and coordinating complex workstreams across multiple priority areas.

The role emphasizes management of identity lifecycle across AD, Azure AD, and cloud IAM, with strong collaboration with global teams and other PwC service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 6 years of experience.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management workstreams for client engagements across cyber, data, and technology risk environments.
• Plan, budget, execute, and deliver access control initiatives, identity governance activities, and privileged access reviews.
• Coach team members on access management, identity verification, role based access control, and authorization management systems.
• Review technical documentation, system requirements, and access control models to validate alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Develop and implement identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity and access management platforms.
• Translate security and infrastructure needs into practical solutions for user access rights management, federation, and privileged access management.
• Address delivery issues, scope changes, and client concerns while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team leads.
• Identifying opportunities to improve identity governance, access administration, and cyber risk processes through digital tooling and automation.
