Fluor is seeking a skilled permit and regulatory liaison specialist in Argentina to manage environmental and sectoral permits for large projects. You will translate requirements into design criteria, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations.

The role requires HV construction experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication, with a focus on timely permit execution and collaboration with authorities.

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and line construction.
• High Voltage experience in mining projects.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Speak/read English and Spanish.
• Advanced computer and software skills including word processing, email, spreadsheets and electronic presentations.

• Manage obtaining, maintenance and monitoring of environmental and sectoral permits enabling project execution in Argentina.
• Translate regulatory requirements into verifiable design criteria and align with project schedules.
• Act as bridge between engineering and regulatory authorities to ensure timely permits and compliance.
