Fluor is seeking an experienced construction engineering professional in Argentina to support HV substation and line construction efforts. The role focuses on interpreting design documents, maintaining quality, and guiding on-site teams on large projects.

The candidate will bridge engineering and regulatory requirements, ensuring design criteria reflect environmental and national standards while aligning with project schedules and client commitments.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and line construction.
• HV experience on mining projects and site construction.
• Ability to interpret design documents and communicate with project teams.
• Ability to learn and apply relevant statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to craft and supervision; ensure quality requirements on the project.
• Assist craftsmen and supervision with construction-related issues.
• Interpret design documents for construction managers and contractors; solve problems.
• Facilitate timely flow of design docs between company and design engineer.
