Fluor is seeking a senior Electrical/Construction Engineer to manage environmental and sectoral permits for projects in Argentina. You will translate design requirements into verifiable criteria, coordinate with design engineers and regulatory authorities, and ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering with extensive HV and mining project experience, plus strong communication and project-management skills.

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree required.
• 10 years of work-related experience in substation and line construction.
• Ability to learn and apply applicable local/state/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.

Mansioni

• Manage obtaining, maintaining and monitoring environmental and sectoral permits for the Argentina project.
• Provide construction engineering and technical support for designated disciplines.
• Interpret design documents to support construction managers and contractors.
• Coordinate between engineering and regulatory authorities to ensure timely permit flow.
• Support the project quality program and report status to project management.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen and supervision with construction-related issues on drawings.
