Job summary

Fluor is seeking an experienced professional to manage the obtaining, maintenance and monitoring of environmental and sectoral permits for projects in Argentina. You will ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations, align design criteria with regulatory requirements, and oversee the critical permit route to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree with 10 years of substation and line construction experience.
HV experience in at least 2 mining projects.
Strong technical knowledge relevant to the job.
Ability to learn/apply local and national regulations.
Detail-oriented and time-efficient.

Responsibilities

Support construction efforts with technical support to craft and supervision and ensure quality requirements.
Assist craftsmen, foremen, and supervision with construction issues identified on drawings.
Provide technical interpretation of design documents for project managers and contractors.
Maintain communication between company and design engineer for timely design flows.
Coordinate project quality program when responsibility lies with construction engineering.
Perform other duties as assigned.
