Lemon Adds is seeking an elite Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in performance marketing and e-commerce. You will craft conversion-focused visuals across paid, email, social, Shopify, and landing pages, guiding each creative from concept to measurable results.

In this fully remote, full-time role you will manage multiple brands, iterate quickly on tests, and collaborate with media buyers, CRO specialists, and copywriters to drive higher CTR, ROAS, and revenue while maintaining

Formación

• At least 4 years of professional graphic-design experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio with conversion-focused ads, email design, and web assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; strong Figma skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and short-form video editing.

Responsabilidades

• Design conversion-focused ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and more.
• Turn briefs into persuasive visual concepts.
• Transform raw photography and brand materials into assets.
• Design email and SMS visuals for campaigns (Klaviyo).
• Design Shopify assets and product pages.
• Develop landing pages and funnels in Figma with CRO teammates.
• Create organic social media graphics and templates.
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing.
• Review performance data to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with media buyers, strategists, editors, and managers.
• Maintain brand consistency across audiences and platforms.
• Stay current with trends in digital advertising and UX/UI.
• Maintain clean source files and version control.
• Work remotely with strong communication.
