K4 Brands is seeking a Performance Creative designer to join our remote team as a part-time, 100% remote role. You will be a hybrid talent—equal parts Video Editor and Graphic Designer—creating scroll-stopping video hooks and thumbnails for social ads.

You will design assets across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads, while maintaining brand consistency and leveraging AI tools to accelerate production. English fluency is required to collaborate with our team.

Formación

• Must showcase performance-driven marketing assets, including video edits, thumbnails, and web/email graphics.
• Fluent or native English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools.
• Experience designing assets for social media and e-commerce marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce high-performance static and video assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads, crafting hooks and thumbnails to maximize watch time.
• Brand design across our portfolio, including Amazon assets, website graphics, banners, and email visuals.
• Analyze raw video materials to select the best moments and optimize them for conversions.
• Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital materials, aligning visuals with the brand identity.
• Stay ahead of design trends and social media best practices to keep content fresh.
