Vysta is a fast-scaling performance marketing agency specializing in Google Ads for ecommerce brands. We manage over $100M in annual ad spend and are seeking a smart, data-driven Media Buyer to own setup, optimization, and growth of Google Ads accounts—from Search to YouTube—while coordinating with Account Managers via Slack.

You will maximize ROAS, scale winning campaigns, collaborate with designers on high-converting creatives, and continuously test bidding, targeting, and landing pages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
• Data-driven optimization and smart decision making.
• Strong written communication via Slack.
• Ability to manage campaigns without micromanagement.
• Organized, detail-focused and performance oriented.
• Collaborative with creative teams to improve ads.
• Excellent time management across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Launch & Scale Google Ads Campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Slack-Based communication providing performance updates and insights to Account Managers and the team.
• Budget allocation & scaling with data-driven decisions on ad spend.
• Performance Max & Shopping execution with audience signals for optimization.
• Creative collaboration with designers to develop high-converting creatives.
• A/B testing & CRO insights on bidding, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
• Analytics & reporting using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and in-platform data.
• Stay current with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and automation tools.
