SNP Group is seeking a Sr Full Stack Developer to join our team in Esquel. You will act as the technical referent, mentoring peers and enforcing best practices in full stack development with Java and React.js.

The role emphasizes teaching, collaboration, and leadership, with strong emphasis on RESTful APIs, databases, and modern tooling like Docker and Git. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and React.js.
• Proven experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers.
• Clear passion for teaching and helping others grow.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Postman, Git, etc.
• Advanced English (spoken and written): able to communicate technical concepts fluently.
