AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Java/React.js Full Stack Developer in Bariloche, Argentina. You will develop and enhance the RMS and related sub-products, collaborating with Product Management to deliver features on time and with high quality.

You will design a reusable client integration system and help optimize build and deployment pipelines for efficient cloud software delivery, while expanding your expertise through mentorship and team-driven growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership with ability to meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of Frontend development with React.
• 3+ years of Backend development with Java.
• High proficiency in TypeScript.
• Knowledge of modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products; focus on usability, quality, and feature improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, estimate efforts, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and maintain a clean, reusable client integration system; follow best practices for secure cloud software development.
• Contribute to technical documentation and optimize automated build/deployment processes to improve engineering efficiency.
