Job summary

FullStack in Argentina is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join client teams and deliver production-grade software for US clients. You will work remotely with a global engineering group, contribute to backend services and APIs, and collaborate with design and QA to ship reliable software.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong English, and a track record of delivering scalable applications in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL Server, and React.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Degree from a four-year college is required.
• Strong experience developing production applications using Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend application and service development.
• Proven experience working with Hibernate and object-relational mapping.
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, and data management.
• Experience designing and developing reliable backend services and APIs.
• Knowledgeable in React, and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean, maintainable code.
• Practical experience troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and maintaining production applications.
• Experience with JPA, and JSF is a nice to have.
• Comfortable collaborating with other engineers and contributing across backend and full-stack development when required.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsibilities

• Join client teams and integrate directly into their engineering groups.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on daily development activities.

• Contribute to libraries and tooling and support CI/CD pipelines.
