Diffco is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to accelerate AI feature delivery within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will design AI-powered features, integrate LLMs, and build robust pipelines for agents and RAG workflows while collaborating with product, design, and research teams in a distributed setup.

You will also participate in modernizing legacy systems for AI readiness and contribute to a rebranding initiative, including typography, assets, and UI components.

Formación

• 8+ years in engineering with SaaS/B2B experience.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL skills.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems (prompt engineering, tool use, context management).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar) or building custom agent pipelines.
• Exposure to design and scaling at enterprise level.
• Ability to ship high‑quality features fast.
• Experience with vector databases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship AI-powered features end-to-end, focusing on backend and LLM integration layers.
• Build and maintain pipelines for AI agents, RAG workflows, and API integrations with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Refactor and modernize legacy systems with AI readiness in mind.
• Collaborate with product, design, and research teams in a distributed environment.
• Implement design updates as part of a rebranding initiative (typography, assets, UI components).
