Bechtel is seeking a senior electrical engineer with deep HV/substation construction experience to support project delivery in Argentina. The role focuses on technical support, quality assurance, and coordination between design teams and on-site crews.

You will work closely with construction managers, craft workers, and engineers to ensure compliance with design intent, regulatory requirements, and project schedules, in a dynamic, global project environment.

Competenze

• Electrical engineering degree with extensive HV/substation construction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage quality and safety requirements on large projects.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret design documents and translate regulatory requirements into practical field actions.

Mansioni

• Provide construction engineering and technical support for HV/substation disciplines on large projects.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen and supervision with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Coordinate with design engineers to ensure timely flow of design documents and information.
• Implement and monitor the project quality program within the construction engineering function.
