Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks a Head of Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. You will manage the FP&A team, work with department heads to evaluate performance, plan expenditures, and provide insights to executives, investors, and the board.

The role requires advanced financial modeling, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and a proven ability to present plans and results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience including leadership of FP&A teams.
• Experience in senior finance leadership roles at a high-growth or finance-focused organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS and applying both to planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting for the company.
• Direct FP&A team and collaborate with department heads to assess performance and expenditures.
• Develop consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Forecast cash needs, liquidity, and financing facility utilization with Accounting/Treasury.
• Build and review financial models; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
