Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own a full-year forecast and present insights to non-finance stakeholders. You will be the primary finance interface for department heads and sales leaders, leveraging advanced Excel and Anaplan to drive planning and analysis.

The role requires near-native English, prior remote-work experience, and comfort with presenting financial data to commercial leaders. Experience with US/UK-based teams and collaboration tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior FP&A experience; independently owns full-year forecast and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel modeling and complex spreadsheet work.
• Anaplan experience or strong enterprise planning tool background.
• Comfort presenting financial data to non-finance leaders.
• Must have prior remote-work experience with collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace).
• Experience with US or UK-based companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling full-year forecast from deal closure to cash burn for income statement and cash flow.
• Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis presented to department heads and sales leaders.
• Prepare contribution margin reports and inventory efficiency analysis.
• Lead sales planning including deals, pipeline, and forecast inputs for the annual forecast.
• Support budget season (Oct–Dec) as the heaviest planning cycle.
• Maintain and update the Anaplan model.
• Perform advanced Excel modeling for ad hoc analysis.
• Pull light Salesforce data for pipeline and forecast inputs.
