Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the organization. This senior finance role directs the FP&A team and partners with department heads to analyze performance, plan expenditures, and present findings to executives.

You will oversee consolidated forecasts, portfolio and capital planning, and adherence to US GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A.
• CPA/CA or equivalent qualification and a degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build three-statement models.

Responsibilities

• Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Oversee the annual budget, periodic reforecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Oversee portfolio forecasting, liquidity needs, and covenant compliance.
• Prepare and present analyses to executives, investors, and boards.
