Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Deals Financial Due Diligence team, supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across geographies. You’ll analyze quality of earnings, cash flows and other key deal issues while building strong client relationships.

You will contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and the delivery of strategic due diligence services, helping clients maximize value in complex transactions and navigate changing market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Pursuing or holding CPA/CA/CFA designation (or foreign equivalent).

As a Deals Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
