Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the Field Service Team installed across multiple sites. You will oversee training, staffing, safety culture, and collaboration with sales to optimize asset performance and lifetime value.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, reviewing reports, and coordinating work across regions. You will travel ~50% of the time, ensure tool readiness, and drive efficiency in service delivery while maintaining Flowserve standards and customer

Qualificações

• Must have relevant academic qualifications.
• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience in chemical, power, and/or oil & gas industries preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to develop a vision of technical excellence and customer service.
• Must travel 50% of the time with overnight stays.
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a culture of ongoing development for yourself and team members.
• Recruit and retain a global, diverse workforce and succession plans.
• Support SHEA culture to reduce injuries and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide first line supervision to Field Service Technicians and review Field Service Reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and ensure resources balance.
• Oversee AMP scheduling and ensure sound quotations aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure Field Service Techs are trained and use standard procedures and systems.
• Develop tool calibration programs and capital plans for new tools.
• Meet with Sales on key accounts to showcase capabilities and planned improvements.
• Collaborate on upgrades and measure success in capturing business.
• Drive down close-out cycle time and support working capital optimization.
• Prepare financial/utilization forecasts with FST Coordinator.
• Other duties as assigned.
