Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of ongoing development for yourself and team members.
• Recruit and retain a global and diverse workforce, with succession plans.
• Promote SHEA culture and maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review Field Service Reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and validate quotations.
• Ensure tools, calibration, and equipment meet field service requirements.
