Qualifications

• BS or BA in relevant field; 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading field service teams in mechanical or similar environments.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, or related industries is highly valued.
• Strong ability to develop training plans and succession for critical roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Service Technicians; ensure training and qualifications meet installed base needs.
• Recruit and retain a diverse workforce; implement succession plans for critical roles.
• Promote SHEA culture; maintain safe, hazard-free work environment and share hazards with onsite SHEA Manager.
• Supervise daily priorities; review Field Service Reports and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Operations to update opportunities and validate quotes.
