Beyond in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Experience Designer to join our delivery center. You will drive UX across the project lifecycle, shaping the underlying structures and strategies for multiple surfaces, from marketing platforms to multimodal experiences.

You will translate complex business challenges into simple, human-first designs, collaborating with teams to deliver visionary, award-winning outcomes that combine strategy, research, and craft.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house).
• Ability to translate business challenges and user insights into human-first designs.
• Strong understanding of UX thinking and design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design and conduct user research using diverse methodologies.
• Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups.
• Apply human-centered design thinking to all tasks.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate design decisions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs and ensure high-quality launches.
• Leverage Figma and collaboration tools to maintain a single source of truth.
