Beyond is building a world-class delivery centre in Buenos Aires. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who can craft high-performance, accessible UIs, integrate Generative AI features, and lead design-system initiatives.

You’ll bridge backend AI logic with user interfaces, collaborate with US product owners and European teams, and help shape scalable component libraries while ensuring WCAG accessibility.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional frontend experience.
• Expert in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience building scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with CMS integrations (headless/decoupled).

Responsabilidades

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript, content management systems, and AI interface implementation to join our Americas team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, accessible, and visually stunning user experiences for our enterprise clients in North America.

Based in Argentina, you will act as a core technical pillar for the region, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend AI logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will focus on engineering excellence, specifically in creating scalable component libraries and integrating Generative AI capabilities into the browser, while collaborating with our global engineering teams in Europe.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Beyond, you’ll:

• Build Modern Interfaces: Write clean, modular, and highly efficient code using the latest Angular and JavaScript (ES6+) to support large-scale content and data platforms.


• Architect Design Systems: Lead the development and maintenance of robust component libraries, ensuring visual consistency, reusability, and strict adherence to accessibility (WCAG) standards.


• Implement AI Experiences: Design and develop specialized interfaces for generative AI, including streaming text responses, chat interfaces, and complex data visualizations for Agentic workflows.


• Master Content Platforms: Integrate front-end architectures with enterprise-grade Content Management Systems, ensuring seamless data flow between the CMS and the UI.


• Own Technical Design: Author Technical Design Documents (TDDs) that translate UX/UI requirements into executable frontend blueprints and state management strategies.


• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with US-based product owners, designers, and European delivery teams, requiring a proactive communication style and flexibility for early-morning syncs.


• Optimize Performance: Champion best practices in web performance, SEO, and automated frontend testing to ensure high-quality enterprise deployments.

Things that will make you stand out:

• Engineering Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a track record of delivering complex, client-facing applications.


• JavaScript Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and work experience with Angular.


• Design System Proficiency: Proven experience building or maintaining scalable Component Libraries (using tools like Storybook) and working closely with Figma-based design tokens.


• AI/UX Integration: Hands‑on experience implementing UI patterns for LLM-driven applications, including handling streaming APIs, markdown rendering, and AI feedback loops.


• CMS Expertise: Experience working with headless or decoupled Content Management Systems (e.g., Brightspot, Contentful).


• Communication: Fluent English skills with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs clearly with both designers and backend peers.


• Nice to Have Framework Versatility: Proficiency in Angular for supporting specific enterprise legacy-to-modern migrations.


• Cloud Capable: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) hosting environments (Firebase, Cloud Run) and interacting with Vertex AI endpoints.


• State Management: Deep experience with Redux, NgRx, or Signal-based state management.


• Performance Tooling: Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization and advanced profiling tools.
