Job summary

Egodesign is seeking a Junior Experience Designer (UI/Visual oriented) to join a design team. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to create visually coherent, user-centered digital products and translate concepts into engaging UI designs.

You’ll help maintain design systems, participate in reviews, and ensure visual consistency across platforms while growing alongside senior colleagues in a remote-first setup across Argentina.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a UI or Visual Designer in digital product teams.
• Strong portfolio showing visual craft and user-centered thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and design-system workflows.
• Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating with developers or multidisciplinary squads (nice to have).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and feedback exchange.
• A portfolio that shows visual craft, consistency, and user-centered thinking.
