CUBE84 is seeking an Engagement Manager who will be the Client Champion, overseeing full project lifecycles and leading a cross-functional team. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet goals and expand partnerships.

You will drive Salesforce adoption, facilitate discussions, and help clients realize the full value of their investments while maintaining empathy and strong leadership across teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects with a strong focus on client engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations and cloud products preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse client portfolios and high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• You’re the Client Champion, ensuring client needs are met and voices heard.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including timelines, budgets, and satisfaction.
• Inspire and guide your team to deliver their best.
• Collaborate closely with clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and train users to maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead with empathy to foster lasting client relationships.
