Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's global network, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead high-impact power systems projects. You will design, review, and coordinate electrical deliverables for national and international assignments, mentoring junior engineers along the way.

You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, develop one-line diagrams, switchgear specs, and protection schemes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated experience in electrical power systems design and engineering.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Develop and review electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare and review one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation.
• Design and specify medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, grounding, and related analyses.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
