Redtree Engineering, part of CSI’s global network, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and execution of complex projects across power systems, industrial facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure. You will mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll develop drawings and studies, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated experience in electrical power systems design and engineering.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Develop and review electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare and review one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation.
• Design and specify medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, grounding, and related analyses.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams to develop integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
