Job summary

Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's global network, seeks a Semi Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to design, development and execution of engineering projects. You will own deliverables and collaborate with senior engineers across multidisplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of electrical engineering experience, strong English, and hands-on power systems design expertise. Hybrid work is available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience in electrical power systems design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to take on more technical responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables under senior engineers' supervision.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts and design documentation.
• Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding, and protection and control systems.
• Perform electrical studies such as load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination and grounding, with review from senior engineers.
• Work with vendors and internal teams on technical information and equipment data.
• Take part in client meetings and technical reviews as needed.
• Support multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated, constructible solutions.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes and client specifications.
• Support junior engineers and interns when needed.
