Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's global network, is seeking a Semi Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design, development and execution of engineering projects.

You will own specific deliverables, work with senior engineers, and support multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles with a focus on power systems design and HV/MV components.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of electrical engineering project experience.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate or higher.
• Hands-on power systems design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop electrical designs and deliverables under supervision.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, schematics, layouts and design docs.
• Support HV/MV systems design including substations and protection.
• Perform studies like load flow, short-circuit, arc flash with supervision.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on data and specs.
• Participate in client meetings and technical reviews.
• Assist juniors and interns as needed.

About Redtree

Redtree Engineering is part of CSI's global network. We provide engineering, project management and construction support for power systems, industrial facilities, mission-critical infrastructure and complex energy projects.

Position Overview

As a Semi Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll join our Electrical Engineering team and contribute to the design, development and execution of engineering projects. You'll own specific deliverables and work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables under senior engineers' supervision.

• Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts and design documentation.

• Support the design and specification of medium-and high-voltage systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding, and protection and control systems.

• Perform electrical studies such as load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination and grounding, with review from senior engineers.

• Work with vendors and internal teams on technical information and equipment data.

• Take part in client meetings and technical reviews as needed.

• Support multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated, constructible solutions.

• Help ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes and client specifications.

• Support junior engineers and interns when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).

• Hands-on experience in electrical power systems design.

• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to learn and take on more technical responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

We value experience in:

• Industrial facilities, renewable energy, substations or combined-cycle power plants.

• GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) projects.

• Power system analysis and design tools such as ETAP, PowerWorld, SIMSEE or AutoCAD.

• ANSI and ISO standards and regulations.

• Multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
