Job summary

Redtree Engineering in Argentina seeks a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our electrical team and contribute to design and execution of engineering projects. You will work under senior engineers, developing deliverables and gaining hands-on experience on national and international assignments.

The role offers mentorship, exposure to HV/LV systems, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with hybrid work options and a path for technical growth in power generation and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Foundational knowledge of electrical power systems.

• Eagerness to learn and take direction within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Assist in the development of electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.
• Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
• Assist with electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
• Apply applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications in day-to-day work.

Position Overview

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will join our Electrical Engineering team and support the technical development, design, and execution of engineering projects.
