WON is hiring a senior Digital Designer to craft premium, high-conversion experiences for premium DTC brands. You will drive end-to-end design across customer journeys, build scalable design systems, and integrate AI-native workflows to ship fast without compromising quality.

You will collaborate with the VP of Design and growth teams to turn behavioral insights into compelling, conversion-focused visuals and interactions that move revenue.

Formación

• 5+ years of digital design experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC design background with premium work.
• Mastery of Figma and modern design tooling; rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and workflows; comfortable leveraging automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that retain a premium feel.
• Shape full customer journeys: acquisition, onboarding, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention.
• Lead growth creative: paid social landing pages, advertorials, quizzes, bundles and upsell offers.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across brands and campaigns.
• Leverage Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to speed production while preserving quality.
• Present work with data-backed rationale; translate insights into tangible design decisions.
